Our engineering solutions to support large companies
Effortless collaboration for maximum impact.
As a large organization, you place great importance on choosing partners who can collaborate effortlessly with your teams and align with your established workflows, ensuring their deliverables integrate smoothly into your broader systems. Having a self-sufficient partner who genuinely saves you time is a key priority.
Partnership with larger groups
The innovation challenge for large organizations.

Sector specifics
With their strong processes and proven methodologies, large enterprises excel at managing risk — yet this same structure can limit their speed to innovate. To stay ahead, they often rely on agile engineering partners who can move quickly and bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Challenges
The collaboration between a large corporation and an agile engineering partner can unlock remarkable innovation. Still, true success depends on balancing speed with structure to ensure long-term efficiency and impact.
Critical factors for effective partnership.
Documentation and traceability
Successful collaboration requires clear and consistent documentation. Projects must be easy to pause, restart, or transfer between teams without losing knowledge. Smaller partners need to ensure robust traceability and structured reporting so large organizations can maintain control and continuity at all times.
Protecting critical IP
Safeguarding intellectual property is a top priority for large companies. They must retain ownership of both existing and newly created IP while allowing partners to contribute effectively. Clear contracts, defined responsibilities, and secure data management are key to protecting sensitive information.
Be fast but well organized
Agility is a major advantage of smaller engineering firms, but speed must not compromise structure. Large companies expect their partners to move fast while following disciplined workflows and maintaining quality. The right balance ensures both responsiveness and long-term efficiency.
Communication and autonomy
Efficient communication is essential to avoid overburdening internal teams. Large companies seek partners who are autonomous, proactive, and clear in their exchanges. Strong communication practices allow both sides to stay aligned and save time throughout the project.
Our solutions for large companies
Agile yet structured: our approach.
At Ausmosys, we’ve designed our way of working around one simple goal: making collaboration with large organizations effortless, transparent, and efficient. We combine the rigor of structured engineering with the agility of a dedicated partner. Our methods ensure that every project runs smoothly and feels like an extension of your own team.
Structured clarity,
trusted by our clients
At Ausmosys, every project comes with a complete, well-organized documentation package—from SDS (System Design Specification) and SDA (System Design Architecture) to SDD (System Design Description). This structured approach ensures reliability, transparency, and consistency across all stages of development : an aspect our clients consistently recognize and value.
Security and confidentiality by design
At Ausmosys, protecting your intellectual property is at the heart of our commitment. Your files and know-how are strictly segregated from other customers, and your prototypes are handled in secure, dedicated environments to ensure total protection.
We make it feel like your own team did it
We know how frustrating it is to receive files you can’t use. That’s why we tailor everything to your standards : your tools, your formats, your templates. We aim at providing deliverables that fit seamlessly into your workflow, just like it came from your in-house team.
Because we have been there too
We know what it’s like to outsource a project that ends up needing too much follow-up. That’s why we make communication effortless, we provide weekly reports and continuous updates, so you’re always informed without having to ask.
Project Overview
Turning complex requirements into working solutions

Problem
Our client, a major player in the semiconductor industry, was developing a new high-precision equipment concept. However, they lacked the internal resources to complete the full system within their tight schedule. They tasked us with designing and prototyping an ultra-high precision module, capable of nanometer-level accuracy and very high acceleration, positioned directly above the wafer.

Solution
Starting from the ground up, we tackled a set of highly demanding technical requirements. We explored multiple design options and performed preliminary analyses before initiating detailed development. Throughout the process, weekly design reviews with the client ensured alignment and rapid iteration through the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) stages, leading to prototype manufacturing and testing.

Result
We delivered the full system design within six months, followed by prototype procurement and assembly in three months, and validation testing completed within one month, meeting all technical and schedule objectives.
