Industrialization
Turn your prototype into a market-ready product.
You get a partner who understands your prototypes and demonstrators, readies them for production, and helps you scale while remaining fully in control.
Prototype industrialization
Why is good industrialization a mandatory step to launch your product to the market?
Industrializing an idea means blending a concept or early prototype with real life constraints such as costs, maintainability and regulations. It is essential to turn a great idea into a great product.
Poor industrialization turns innovation into liability ; causing production setbacks, escalating warranty costs, and unhappy customers. Even the best technology has no impact if the final product can’t be certified.
Our industrialization process
A smooth transition from concept to robust industrial product.
Rather than reviewing your concept or prototype in isolation, we integrate it into the overall system view. This ensures that every interface, dependency, and constraint is properly addressed. We also provide critical design feedback ; for example, reconsidering the need for a costly 100 nm stage when alignment accuracy is only 5 µm.
Looking at the whole system
We analyze the module you want us to industrialize but we also try to understand how it fits with the rest of your system, to make sure we have the full picture.
Compliance analysis
We look at the regulations that apply to your product and make sure to implement the necessary actions to answer them early on.
Optimize your design
Our multi-disciplinary team optimize your mechanical parts, your components selection or your product structure to make sure you have an efficient design.
Documentation and IP transfer
You receive all CAD files, electronic schematics, source code, and technical documentation. You’re free to produce wherever and with whomever you choose.
Project Overview
Optimizing design for regulatory readiness

Problem
A customer sought our support in industrializing their new system, aiming for long-term readiness for CE, UL, and SEMI certifications. The objective was to assist their team while maintaining the existing design as much as possible, minimizing the need for costly redesigns.

Solution
We began with a comprehensive risk assessment and prepared the required documentation for audit introduction. Our team then provided continuous support on electronics and safety architecture throughout the project.

Result
Several key risks were identified, and we proposed targeted architecture improvements to align the system with UL and SEMI regulatory requirements.
